Susana de Villa began her professional career in the business world, graduating in Business Studies and complementing her training with a Master’s Degree in Economic & Financial Management. However, her true vocation has always been linked to Architecture & Design. In 2004, she decided to turn her professional career around by enrolling at IADE, where she graduated in Interior Architecture. She is currently a member of DIMAD (Madrid Designers Association).

In 2009, she founded her own Interior Design Studio in Madrid, specialising in comprehensive refurbishment projects in the private residential and contract sectors. Her design philosophy combines elegance and functionality, taking care of every detail in the design and execution process.

‘My aim is to design spaces that are not only elegant, but also reflect the personality of those who live in them, telling their own story’.

Each project is meticulously planned, designing down to the smallest detail, from the rebuild to the final decoration, through close collaboration with the client.

Bespoke furniture design is one of her true passions. Each piece is conceived as a unique work, perfectly integrated into the project.

Noble materials such as marble, alabaster, natural stone, brass, iron and wood are combined with linens, velvets and cottons manufactured in artisan workshops that take care of fine detail. Creating sophisticated atmospheres with character, fusing tradition, sustainability and design.
